Process Engineer

This job is all about making factory processes better! You’ll research and improve how things are made, aiming to save money and boost efficiency. You might like this job because you get to solve problems and keep the company competitive!

Responsible for the research, application, and optimization of manufacturing processes in the factory; continuously improving yield and efficiency, reducing overall costs, and maintaining the company’s process technology competitiveness within the industry.

Reports to the Plant Manager.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or above, or a college degree.；
• At least 2 years of work experience in SMT or automotive electronics；
• Proficient in at least one of the following languages : English or Malay; Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) will be considered an advantage.
