Report to and assist the Departmental Head on all operational and administrative matters as assigned.
Maintain and service existing client with a high standard of professionalism and business ethics.
Advise client on all matters related to their insurance portfolios, ensuring recommendations are in line with prescribed policies and always in the clients' best interest.
Liaise and follow up with clients, insurance companies, and relevant authorities on all insurance-related matters, including broking documentation and claim settlements in coordination with the Claims Department.
Ensure full compliance with ISO standards, company policies, internal procedures, and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage, organize, and regularly update client and policy information using appropriate database systems.
Ensure timely issuance of client billing and prompt collection of premiums, in adherence to CBC and Premium Warranty requirements.
Take full responsibility for the quality of service delivered to assigned clients and be subject to performance appraisal accordingly.
Maintain proper physical documentation and ensure that all relevant correspondence is accurately filed and readily accessible when required.
