Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic ServiceNow Technical Project Manager who can lead a Greenfield ServiceNow implementation program. The role involves defining project scope, managing budgets and resources, communicating with stakeholders, overseeing project phases, ensuring adherence to methodologies such as Agile and ITIL, managing risks and issues, and guiding the team on techno‑functional aspects of ServiceNow implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with customer needs, technical requirements, and best practices.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and central point of communication for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and facilitating collaboration.
- Provide technical understanding and support to solution architects and technical consultants to drive project execution.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to prevent project delays.
- Submit change requests (CRs) and system maintenance logs (SMLs) as part of defined change management.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and closure reports.
ServiceNow Expertise
Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform and its modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).Delivered at least two large‑scale ServiceNow implementation projects, with hands‑on experience on key aspects of configuration.Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations and implementation best practices.Strong understanding of cloud architecture, configuration, and integration.Exceptional skills in inspiring teams, motivating collaboration, and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve conflicts.Education & Certification
Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Preferred certifications : PMP, CSM, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS ITSM.ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS ITSM, or equivalent practical experience.Seniority Level
