Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound WhatsApp / phone enquiries to promote and sell travel packages
  • Handle English & Mandarin-speaking clients (Mandarin proficiency required) and provide clear, confident responses to enquiries.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering compelling travel solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
  • Deliver expert, personalized travel recommendations aligned with client preferences and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Track and achieve daily / weekly call targets and sales KPIs.
  • Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotions to present accurate and timely information.
  • Address customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews.
  • Requirements

    Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Passion for travel and proven sales ability.
  • Comfortable with call-based selling, sales targets, and performance-driven KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills in  Mandarin and English  (spoken and written).
  • Friendly, persuasive, and confident on the phone.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle customer objections effectively.
