Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. Address client inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience. Conduct cold calls and proactively identify new business opportunities. Work on lead generation campaigns to expand the client base. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Continuously assess and improve sales strategies to optimize performance. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the management team for product and service enhancements. 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or coworking industry. Minimum of a high school (SPM Cert); a diploma or degree in Business or a related field is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals. Flexible and able to adapt to changing sales strategies and client needs.
