We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager focused on communicating Intellect’s offering and value to end users of our service. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing and a background in the healthcare or employee benefits industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive member registration and engagement, while also bringing new products to the market.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive end-user adoption, engagement, and retention of employee mental health benefits
- Be the glue between cross-functional teams, including client success, product, and engineering, to ensure clear positioning and messaging around Intellect’s suite of offerings to end users
- In collaboration with other members of the team, develop marketing playbooks that support the client success team in rolling out Intellect to clients and building the case for renewals
- Be the marketing thought partner and consultant to client success managers on internal campaigns, webinars, and onboarding programs to promote our products and educate members
- Own distribution of product roadmap updates to Marketing & Client Success teams at a regular cadence
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the employee mental health industry, including industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Surface insights from our customers and users to the Product and Marketing teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits industryProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaignsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working cross-functionally with product, commercial, and engineering teamsExperience with Mailchimp, Clevertap, Mixpanel, and SQL is a plusBenefits
