Overview :
We are seeking a strategic Key Account Manager for a leading FMCG principal company to manage the CVS and Petrolmart channels. The role involves developing key account strategies, managing trading terms, and driving sales growth through strong customer partnerships and effective channel execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Practice a Strategic Key Account Management approach in managing assigned customers.
- Negotiate national contracts in line with company policies and client objectives.
- Monitor agreement roll-outs, trade investments, and performance outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers within customer accounts.
- Manage the account P&L and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Coordinate the execution of agreements, trade promotions, and marketing activities with the sales team.
- Develop business plans and monthly promotional calendars for each key account.
- Review monthly and yearly sales performance, market trends, and category performance to evaluate promotion effectiveness.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of retail sales strategies and operations within CVS and Petrolmart channels to formulate key account strategies, goals, and budget plans.
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Business / MarketingMinimum 5 year related experience with minimum 3 year Key Account ManagementProficiency in verbal and non-verbal communication in English is required; Mandarin / Cantonese skills is an added advantageExperience in the FMCG industry is an added advantageExperience in Key Account Management / Strategic Customer ManagementRequirements
