The Manager, Operations will lead operations and maintenance (O&M) for Gentari Green Mobility Sdn Bhd assets, ensuring optimal reliability, uptime, and regulatory compliance. Drive tight monitoring and execution of network operations with continuous improvements, vendor management, and full asset lifecycle oversight.

Responsibilities

• O&M Process & Governance

Lead the development and implementation of O&M processes, best practices, and governance frameworks;

Lead contract strategy development to ensure best value at superior operational efficiency;

Design and drive preventive and corrective maintenance plans with defined SLAs to maximise asset reliability and uptime;

Lead Level 3 support to customer care teams, ensuring timely escalation and resolution within agreed SLA;

Track asset uptime / reliability / SLA and implement improvement initiatives;

Oversee full asset lifecycle, including refresh, disposal, and reinvestment decisions.
