Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and GMV targets. Manage and grow key accounts such as Watsons, Guardian, Caring, and other retail partners. Conduct regular business reviews with retailers to identify growth opportunities. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer data to improve channel performance.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or skincare industry.Strong network and working relationship with Watsons, Guardian, Caring, and similar retail partners.Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns and manage key accounts.Solid understanding of inventory management and retail logistics.Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel for sales data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
