Develop and implement account strategies, trade promotions, and business plans. Build strong relationships with buyers and partners to secure long-term business. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution. Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business review reports.
Requirements :
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 6–8 years FMCG / key account experience, with proven track record in handling Watsons.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Hands-on, analytical, and results-driven personality.

Scopes :
Strategic / Key Account Manager (Modern Trade / Retail Chains)
Location : Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Salary : RM7,000 – RM10,000 per month
Working Hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 30am – 6 : 00pm | Saturday, 9 : 30am – 1 : 30pm (5.5 days / week)
