Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Retail Operations Senior Executive to ensure that our stores operate at the highest possible standard. The main objective of this role is to keep our retail network efficient, customer-focused, and sales-driven. You will work closely with store managers, operations, and support teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. You will address challenges promptly, and implement improvements that directly impact performance and sales targets within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations across all outlets, ensuring store readiness, operational compliance, and service consistency.
- Staffing and Service : Coordinate with store managers on staffing needs, operational issues, and service standards.
- Sales and Inventory Management : Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets, providing actionable recommendations.
- Inventory and Availability : Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal product availability.
- Visual Merchandising and Promotions : Ensure displays, planograms, and promotional setups meet brand guidelines.
- Campaign Execution : Work with the marketing team to implement in-store campaigns effectively and on schedule.
- Customer Experience : Uphold service standards in all customer touchpoints, both in-store and via platforms such as WhatsApp.
- Issue Resolution : Assist in resolving escalated customer service issues promptly and professionally.
- Cash and Compliance : Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Finance and Audits : Liaise with the finance team on reconciliations and audits as required.
- Expansion and New Store Launches : Support new store openings, including site readiness, stock allocation, and launch-day coordination.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational setup for new locations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related discipline.3–5 years’ experience in retail operations, preferably across multiple outlets.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficient in Excel and familiar with retail POS / operations systems.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for operational decision-making.Willing to travel for store visits and operational support.Why Join Us
