Randstad is parterning with a leading professional services firm operating in over 90 countries and territories, and we're looking for an experienced Audit Manager to oversee our growing client base across Singapore and / or Australia.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management : Take ownership of a diverse and dynamic portfolio of clients operating across multiple sectors in Singapore and Australia, including IFRS and local GAAP reporting.
• Team Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing audit teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary contact for key client stakeholders, building long-term, trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.
• Quality & Risk : Ensure the highest quality of audit delivery, adherence to international auditing standards, and effective management of engagement risk.
• Cross-Border Collaboration : Work closely with partners and teams in various regional offices to deliver seamless, integrated services to multinational clients.
