Job Description

• Plan, lead, and execute internal and external audit activities within the accounting and finance department.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Identify and assess risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal controls and processes.
• Monitor the efficiency of financial reporting systems and recommend enhancements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the audit team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to the FMCG sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Manager / Senior Manager should have :

• A recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial regulations.
• Proven expertise in risk assessment and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous.
