Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell smartphones and accessories.
- Meet or exceed daily / monthly sales targets.
- Provide product demonstrations and highlight features / benefits.
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and features.
- Educate customers on the latest models, specs, and technologies.
