Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. Handle invoice processing and payment approvals, adhering to company policies and compliance standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Korean or Japanese to resolve discrepancies and inquiries. Reconcile AP accounts and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve AP workflows. Prepare periodic reports on AP activities for management review. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations. Support the team in month-end and year-end closing activities. Qualifications
A successful Senior AP Specialist (KR / JP) should have : Proficiency in Korean or Japanese, both written and spoken, to facilitate seamless communication. Korean : TOPIK Level 4 and above Japanese : JLPT N2 and above Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable is preferred; candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Degree or Diploma required Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and best practices. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with accounting software and tools commonly used in the professional services industry.
