Production Planner (Planning Data)

Develop and maintain accurate task lists and maintenance plans in SAP for various task cards including :

Special Inspections (SI)

Modification Action Forms (MAF)

Supplementary Jobs – Carry Forward Items (SJ-CFI)

Borescope Inspections (BSI)

Maintenance Job Cards (MJC)

Maintenance Process Sheets (MPS)

Perform in-depth research for Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Tooling (BOT) requirements.

Review completed DFPs for SI and MAF to ensure accurate closure in the Maintenance Information System (MIS).

Analyse engine shop reports and update task completion statuses in SAP.

Validate preload entries and ensure due dates in maintenance plans are correctly populated.

Support other planning-related duties as required by the department.

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior experience with SAP is highly advantageous.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Familiarity with key aviation documentation including :

Maintenance Manuals (MM)

Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC)

Aircraft delivery documents

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline preferred.

Diploma holders with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with technical training (Category A or B) are welcome.

Open to Malaysian Citizens.
