An exciting opportunity awaits a Controlling Specialist to join a respected multinational in Petaling Jaya. This role involves managing statutory reporting, balance sheet governance, tax support, and financial controls across multiple markets. You'll collaborate with CFOs, business partners, and analysts to ensure compliance and strong financial operations. What You\'ll Do : As a Controlling Specialist, you will :

Manage month-end closing, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls.

Partner with business units to drive cash generation strategies and deliver insightful financial analysis.

Ensure balance sheet accuracy, corporate governance standards, and effective financial reporting controls.

Collaborate with Marketing Company teams and Global Finance Services (GFS) to provide financial support.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and efficiency enhancements.

What You Bring : To excel in this role, you\'ll need :

A Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent, with 5-7 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or taxation roles within large organisations.

Proficiency in SAP systems and strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Experience in change management initiatives and working effectively within multicultural global teams.

Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
