Job Description

Develop and implement operational risk management frameworks and policies. Monitor and assess operational risks across banking and financial services operations. Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Collaborate with various departments to ensure risk management practices are adhered to. Prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management and stakeholders. Coordinate and lead risk-related training sessions for employees. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance within the organization. Investigate operational incidents and provide solutions to prevent recurrence.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Lead, Operational Risk Should Have

A degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field. Solid understanding of operational risk frameworks (Any industry is considered). Strong analytical skills to identify and evaluate risks effectively. Experience in preparing detailed risk assessment reports. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking and financial services sector is a plus. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
