Job Overview

Cybersecurity Governance Lead plays a critical role within the Digital Technology & Innovation department, reporting to the Head of the department. This position is responsible for leading cybersecurity governance across the enterprise, ensuring robust security frameworks, and aligning with industry standards. The role involves strategic oversight of IT, OT, and IoT security, policy enforcement, and cross-departmental collaboration to maintain a secure and compliant digital environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks aligned with industry standards (e.g., NIST) across IT, OT, and IoT environments.
• Direct cybersecurity operations and produce governance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct gap analyses and ensure continuous monitoring of cybersecurity best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, ICT, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related fields with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
