Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and social media (especially TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify channels).
- Handle order-related issues including shipping updates, refunds, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, and e-commerce teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and help improve store ratings by delivering excellent service.
- Identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Support live campaign periods with extended or flexible working hours if needed.
