Job Title : Customer Experience Executive

Salary Range : RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 (based on experience)
About the role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Experience Executive to join our team. The role focuses on providing excellent customer support and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the customer journey — from pre-sales inquiries to after-sales assistance.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Manage and coordinate warranty claims, service requests, and product returns.
Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
Track and update order status, warranty cases, and service reports.
Provide product-related information and assist customers with basic troubleshooting or escalation.
Maintain accurate records in the system and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in customer service or related role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in Chinese, English and Malay.
Able to start work immediately will be prioritized.
