Job Requirements
Have experience working in call center for at least 3 years minimum.
Have exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, highly organized and the ability to follow established procedures.
Be comfortable taking responsibility for timely and thorough completion of their task.
Have a willingness to work within Australian Clinical Labs’ core values.
Understanding of medical terminology and work experience in a related position will be well regarded.
Having worked for Australia / New Zealand market will be an added advantage.
Willing to work on rotational shifts and on Malaysia Public Holidays.
Must be able to start work by 10th November 2025.
Skills and Experience
Candidates must possess at least Diploma in any field. Degree holders are welcome to apply.
Computer, typing and keyboard skills.
Willing to work on weekends, Public Holidays and shift hours.
Exceptional English Communication.
Must have experience working with Australian Clients.
