To strengthen our team, we are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage the flow of software feature requests, bug fixes, and product updates, ensuring our development processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Triage Feature Requests and Bug Reports : Act as the first point of contact for all incoming feature requests, bug reports, and product updates.
• Evaluate, categorize, and prioritize tasks based on urgency, impact, and alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain an Organized Task List : Create and maintain a centralized, up-to-date task list or backlog in the project management tool (e.g., Jira, Clickup).
• Ensure tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and updated throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor Production Schedules : Track the progress of all projects within the development pipeline and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate Communication Across Teams : Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity of priorities and requirements.
• Organize regular stand-up meetings or status check-ins to review project progress and resolve blockers.
• Report and Document Progress : Generate and present progress reports, highlighting completed tasks, outstanding issues, and upcoming deadlines.
• Document processes and maintain project documentation for historical and reference purposes.
• Support Agile Practices : Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to continuously improve workflow efficiency.
