Job Description

As Senior Engineer, RLC & VRF, you will :

• Plan, execute, and manage residential, light commercial & VRF projects.
• Coordinate with operations, credit & finance teams to ensure timely delivery that meets forecast plans.
• Provide system comparisons, analyze and supply product & technical information.
• Offer alternative solutions to meet customer needs and requirements.
• Be proactive throughout the sales cycle—from identifying pipeline and specifications to offering, delivery execution and T&C.
• Adapt quickly to unexpected site changes or obstacles encountered during project execution.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategic business growth plans.
• Develop project delivery forecasts and mid‑term sales & order plans.
