Our client, a global logistics service provider is looking to hire for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager for business growth within their E nergy sector . Position will be based in KL, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the energy sector by developing and executing commercial strategies, identifying and securing new opportunities, and managing key client relationships. This includes leading the preparation and negotiation of contracts, tenders, and RFQs, monitoring market trends and performance to refine approaches, and collaborating with internal operational, technical, and finance teams to deliver tailored logistics and marine solutions that meet client needs and strengthen the company’s market position.

Requirements

• Solid experience in business development or commercial management within EPCI contractors, Oil & Gas Operators , or related marine logistics sectors.
• Strong understanding of EPCI & Operators’ supply chains , including project logistics and offshore operations.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the APAC region to build networks and pursue business opportunities.
• Dynamic, results-driven mindset with the ambition to grow into regional leadership roles.
