Sales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Engineer, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers, delivering product demonstrations, and offering ongoing technical support. The role also involves collaborating closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements, preparing tailored proposals, and supporting the sales cycle. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will actively work to build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support for understanding and addressing client needs with technically tailored solutions.
• Over five years of work experience in the HVAC industry
• Proficient in Chinese, with English proficiency a plus
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional support.
• Experience and proven abilities in Sales, including lead generation, account management, and achieving sales performance targets.
• Ability to analyze technical challenges and propose effective solutions with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of humidity control or industrial systems is an added advantage
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work effectively under pressure
