Are you an ambitious sales professional with a strong background in steel structures and a passion for driving global business growth? We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead sales of grandstand and stadium seating products across international markets including USA, Middle East, India, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand sales of seating products with existing clients and agents in target export markets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive customer acquisition and explore new markets for grandstand projects.
- Collaborate closely with Export Sales Managers to achieve regional and global sales goals.
- Prepare accurate weekly reports and sales forecasts.
- Manage the full order processing cycle – from quotation, contract, and payment to delivery schedules.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 5 years' sales management experience, with at least 3 years in overseas business.Strong understanding of steel construction and related applications.Excellent negotiation and communication skills – fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).Proven customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel overseas (approx. 1 week / month).What We Offer
