What You’ll Do :
- Design performance-driven creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, and websites — including static graphics and motion formats
- Edit high‑retention short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube Shorts) that drive views, engagement, and conversions
- Build brand visual identities — from logos to full identity kits for businesses across Asia
- Interpret briefs into compelling content formats : carousels, vertical reels, key visuals, and more
- Collaborate with marketers and content creators to ship ads from idea to execution
- Support print needs like brochures, event banners, and posters
- Provide design mentorship and guidance when needed within the team
