What You’ll Do :

  • Design performance-driven creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, and websites — including static graphics and motion formats
  • Edit high‑retention short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube Shorts) that drive views, engagement, and conversions
  • Build brand visual identities — from logos to full identity kits for businesses across Asia
  • Interpret briefs into compelling content formats : carousels, vertical reels, key visuals, and more
  • Collaborate with marketers and content creators to ship ads from idea to execution
  • Support print needs like brochures, event banners, and posters
  • Provide design mentorship and guidance when needed within the team

We’re Looking for Someone Who :

  • Self‑motivated, fast, and focused on design that drives results
  • Obsessed with TikTok / IG trends, short‑form storytelling, and high‑performance content
  • Fast‑paced, organized, and great at iterating based on performance feedback
  • Mandarin fluency required – for crafting Chinese‑market campaigns and working with Mandarin‑speaking clients
  • Tools : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CapCut , Figma , or equivalent
