Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in operations / production planning or supply chain planning, preferably within manufacturing. Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas), Power BI, or equivalent tools. Experience with ERP / MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Willing to provide weekend support when necessary. Flexible to support planning team members' tasks when required. Strong presentation skills are an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop, update, and maintain production and operations plans to meet customer and business requirements.
- Perform demand forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation to drive operational efficiency.
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data; create dashboards, charts, and pivot tables for reporting.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, utilization, on-time delivery, cycle time, and productivity.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and process reviews to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Enhance planning accuracy, reporting quality, and decision-making through data-driven insights.
