ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES :

This role will be responsible for handling and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of a building.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• To run daily operations for carpark and retail units and coordinate with Project Management Office (PMO) for tenant renovation, maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscape, pest control and waste collection for the building.
• To formulate the standard operating procedures for Carpark operations and Retail units.
• To carry out inspections of the building condition, including defects, and prepare reports to coordinate with PMO to ensure building safety & security services, housekeeping and cleanliness, landscaping maintenance, M&E equipment and services, and other amenities and facilities (structure, wall, floor, ceiling finishes, toilet fittings, etc.) are maintained to an acceptable standard to sustain and maximize the value of the property for rectification / improvement.
• To report monthly carpark collection and business actions.
• To plan and budget expenditures related to operations costs and monitor the financial performance against budgeted figures.
• To attend and reply to all necessary third‑party letters of correspondence in the course of duties and implement an efficient filing system.
• To attend to feedback, defects, complaints, inquiries, payments and any necessary information from other departments, tenants, shoppers, etc.
• To ensure tenants adhere to the House Rules.
• To develop, implement and review systems, procedures and processes to enhance the operational efficiency of the department.
