Assistant Manager, New Business Development

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B business; experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, automation, or labor-saving solutions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis (e.g., holding a Japanese Bookkeeping Level 3 certificate is an advantage) and marketing of financial products.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (conversion to an international or local license is required if holding a Japanese license), and willingness to travel for business trips involving overnight stays (mainly to Penang and Johor Bahru).
