Overview
Drive sales growth across retail, B2B, and event channels. Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors. Lead sales strategies and achieve monthly / annual targets. Mentor and support junior sales team members. Provide sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience (FMCG / F&B preferred).
- Proven track record in meeting / exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and events, as well as outstation.
