Responsibilities – Front Office
Greet guests and assist with check-in / check-outMaintain a positive and professional demeanor at all timesRespond to guest inquiries and requestsAnswer and forward phone callsManage guest bookings and reservationsKeep reception area tidy and organizedProvide administrative and clerical support as requiredResponsibilities – Housekeeping
Make beds, change linens, and ensure guest rooms are clean and comfortableDust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittingsVacuum carpets, sweep & mop floors, clean windows and mirrorsClean and disinfect bathrooms, replenish amenitiesMaintain cleanliness in hallways, stairways, and public areasReport maintenance issues or damages to the supervisorManage inventory for linens, cleaning products, and amenitiesJob Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front office or housekeeping roleHigh school diploma or equivalent qualificationBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, hotel system knowledge is an advantage) – Front Office roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsFluency in English (additional languages an advantage)Positive attitude, friendly personality, and professional appearanceAbility to work well under pressure and multitask effectivelyTeam player with strong organizational skillsWhy Join Us?
