Job Responsibility

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Handle client communication related to account inquiries, billing, and payment processing.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries.
• Perform data entry and reconciliation of bank statements and other financial documents.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the team with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.
