Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Admin Executive, located in Nilai. The Finance and Admin Executive will be responsible for managing general administration tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, handling communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining financial records, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and offering support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• General Administration skills
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
