Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Assembly Services Sdn Bhd (UMW Toyota Group)

We are seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition professional to support strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute strategic departmental and company goals, including local part cost improvement and localization of parts.
• Develop and manage local parts through strategic sourcing and local parts development in alignment with industry interests.
• Build and enhance relationships with local suppliers to support departmental and company agendas.
• Source locally supplied parts for future models, following established processes, procedures and guidelines. Explore potential suppliers and manage commercial issues.
• Serve as a team member or project leader in future model development, managing sourcing and development activities, preparing periodic reports, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
• Lead cost improvement initiatives via Annual Price Review (APR) and Periodical Price Review (PPR).
• Support organizational requirements and conduct reviews of suppliers, commodities, technologies and market conditions as needed.
• Understand and monitor cost contributors to parts and support cost‑increase mitigation activities.
