Job descriptionC1 level English (CEFR) – both spoken and written Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement or buyer role Strong negotiation, vendor management, and sourcing skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously Ability to work with international suppliers across different time zones Rotational working hours. Shift 1 : 1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM; Shift 2 : 4 : 00 PM – 1 : 00 AM Training provided Language allowance provided EPF, SOCSO, EIS Annual leave & Medical leave Associate Full-time Customer Service Industries : Human Resources Services

Job Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, pricing, and terms
- Manage procurement activities for the EMEA market in line with company policies
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet purchasing needs and deadlines
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports
