Job descriptionMinimum qualification : Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Business / Administration / Management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English (Mandarin proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients). At least 1 year of relevant experience. Willing to work in Kajang / Balakong Cheras. Knowledge of Autocount System is an advantage. Immediate availability preferred.
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including data entry, AP / AR management, and statement preparation.
- Generate monthly sales and aging reports; attend monthly aging meetings.
- Support ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
- Multitask effectively, show initiative, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
