Taco Mio' is seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our vibrant and fast-paced restaurant in Damansara Selangor. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, overseeing the day-to-day activities of our front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of servers, hosts, and other front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the dining area and front-of-house
• Assist with managing reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow
• Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Provide training and guidance to front-of-house staff to develop their skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the implementation of new procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the timely delivery of orders and a positive dining experience
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Assist with inventory management and stock control as needed
