Monitor and respond promptly to emails and customer inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle accounts receivable transactions and update customer payments in the system on a daily basis.
- Assist the Accounts / Finance Department with basic bookkeeping and financial administrative tasks.
- Manage staff expense claims and ensure proper documentation and approval.
- Provide support to the operations team on invoicing matters and system-related issues.
- Manage company vehicles, including road tax and insurance renewals, and maintain proper filing records.
- Verify returned stock from customers and issue credit notes (CN) accordingly.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to suppliers as required.
