Job description

Monitor and respond promptly to emails and customer inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp.

  • Handle accounts receivable transactions and update customer payments in the system on a daily basis.
  • Assist the Accounts / Finance Department with basic bookkeeping and financial administrative tasks.
  • Manage staff expense claims and ensure proper documentation and approval.
  • Provide support to the operations team on invoicing matters and system-related issues.
  • Manage company vehicles, including road tax and insurance renewals, and maintain proper filing records.
  • Verify returned stock from customers and issue credit notes (CN) accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to suppliers as required.
