Job summary

The Senior Project Lead is responsible for planning, executing, delivering large and complex projects of significance for the CACEIS Group and Country. This role requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, aligning deliverables to business strategy, and driving measurable operational improvements across global teams in a Follow the Sun model. The Senior Project Lead is able to effectively deliver end-to-end project management and guide Project Leads and Project Managers on their projects / missions.

Supplementary Information

Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Build strong relationships with senior leadership, clients, regulators, and internal teams; provide project updates and governance reports; support steering committees.

Drive organizational change initiatives, including training, communications, and process adoption; ensure a smooth transition from project to business-as-usual (BAU).

Collaborate with IT, Operations, and other functions / teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs, including system testing, data migration, and cutovers.

Ensure Compliance & Risk Management

Meet all relevant compliance, legal, and risk standards; partner with compliance teams for jurisdiction-specific requirements.

Experience

17–20 years of experience in the financial industry. Domain expertise in asset servicing, custody, fund administration, or banking operation will be highly advantageous.

• 5-8 years in project management, preferably with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum certifications.
