Executive - AI & Digital Transformation

Overview

MSIG Malaysia WP. Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Executive - AI & Digital Transformation. We are looking for a motivated AI Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and eager to grow their career in this existing field. You will play a key role in supporting the development, deployment, and adoption of AI-powered solutions – particularly those leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) as part of the organization’s broader digital transformation strategy. This role contributes to cross-functional projects by assisting in research, prototyping, and implementation of LLM-based tools while gaining exposure to business operations and digital transformation frameworks.

Responsibilities

Support the development and deployment of LLM-based applications (e.g., chatbots, knowledge assistants, document summarization). Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, integrating LLMs into broader transformation efforts. Conduct research and benchmarking of emerging AI technologies and tools. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization using AI. Assist in creating presentations, reports, and demos for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and key stakeholders to build user-friendly end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

Graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, AI, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in artificial intelligence, large language models (e.g. GPT), and digital transformation. Familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar languages; experience with AI / ML frameworks is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems. Ability to work in a collaborative environment. Eagerness to learn and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
