Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. At least 1 year of e-commerce experience (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, SiteGiant, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment. Additional language proficiency. Experience in retail or consumer goods industry. Familiarity with CRM, OMS, or payment gateway systems. - Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize the customer journey from browsing to checkout and after-sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
