Job Description

1)Prepare Monthly Management Report in an accurate and timely manner for management to make decisions :

• Prepare Inter-company reconciliation to ensure all transaction has been accounted for within the Group
• Ensure Control Amount in General Ledger accurately tied to Inventory, Fixed Assets, Account Payable (AP) & Account Receivable (AR) Aging Report, to achieve zero variance.
• Prepare approved Journal Entries with all the relevant supporting documents for verification purpose.
• Post all journal entries to GL to ensure no omission.
• Meet deadlines set by the management on financial reporting.
• Prepare notes, schedules, and other reports to the Management Report for the compilation of additional financial information
• Analysis and comments on the Management Report for Finance Manager’s review.

2) Constant review production shrinkage and inventory variances highlights to Finance Manager for item exceeding tolerance level / exceptional items.

3) Prepare Monthly Result Estimation timely for management to forecast future performance.

4) Prepare Quarterly KLSE Report timely for consolidation and announcement purpose.

5) Ensure integrity issues in JDE are cleared promptly to maintain the accuracy of the financial information.

6) Liaise with the auditor and prepare Audit Schedules and Reports for audit purpose.

7) Liaise with the tax agent and prepare Tax Information and computation for tax purpose.

8) Prepare the yearly budget for the following year, monitor performance and capital expenditure.

9) Prepare data and trending analysis for management to make decision.

10) To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
