• Ensure deliver Conceptual of Category and Channel Plan to shopper experience at stores. Optimize all touch points to deliver disruptive and call to action.
• Promoting category and brand awareness objectives.
• Be creative and promote creativity to the team. Observe best practices from domestic FMCG as well as DSN countries then adapt into DSN MY.
• Analyze to identify shortfalls, issues in all channel activities and come up with countermeasures for trade plan. Control A&P spending and bring some saving through protein assets / mindset.
