JOB DESCRIPTION
- Senior Category Manager must have customer obsession; data driven decision making; excellent business judgment and ability to plan,pririotize, inspire and lead .
- Work closely with General Manager to understand the product and assortment strategy; execute within timeline & budget specified
- Responsible on Division / Department P&L
- Defining long term strategic plans; driving day-to-day operational improvement
- Building & growing strategic relationship with suppliers
- Delivering Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual - Revenue, Margin, Markdown targets
- Develop Range architecture based on consumer insights; marketplace knowledge & competitive date
