Production Supervisor

Overview

To oversee and ensure the upkeep and tidiness of the Production area. To supervise the fabrication of pipe bends, junctions, and other components as directed. To manage the preparation of rails, bracketeries, and other accessories according to specifications. To maintain accurate records of parts produced and track their movement to and from the site. To coordinate and oversee the delivery of pipes and parts, ensuring timely transportation (transport provided). To arrange lorries for material delivery to the site as required. To assist the Procurement team in shipment loading and related coordination. To supervise the preparation of sample boards as required. To ensure that all documents are properly stored and filed in an organized manner. To issue Delivery Orders (DO) and update the PPE record, including order and distribution tracking. To maintain and update the stock list for submission to the Accounts department. To conduct stock take and collaborate with the Procurement & Logistics team to ensure efficient inventory management. To perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma holder in Welding / Metal Fabrication Technology , Production or Operations Management , or Warehouse / Logistics Management .
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the fabrication of pipes within the Construction Industry.
• Preferably a Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent.
• Experience in production planning and execution will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills in managing a large group of production workers, both foreign and local.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work schedule (Monday : 8.00am – 5.00pm & Saturday : 8.00am – 12.00pm).
