Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements.
Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and company requirements across all contractual documents.
Manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, including variations, claims, extensions of time, and dispute resolution.
Monitor contract performance to ensure obligations are met, risks are minimized, and financial goals are achieved.
Advise project teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure.
Support tendering and bidding processes by preparing contract-related documentation and reviewing client terms.
Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation, approvals, and filing.
Collaborate with project managers, quantity surveyors, site teams, and external stakeholders to resolve contractual and commercial issues.
Prepare and present regular contract status reports to management.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in contract management within the construction.
Strong knowledge of construction law, contract standards (FIDIC, PAM, JCT, etc.) and local regulatory requirements.
