The Person : -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical challenges. -5+ years of software industry experience. -4+ years of solid hands-on experience with TypeScript and ReactJS or NodeJS in production environments. -Depth in either one of the following focus areas : -Backend : Advanced understanding of database design, CAP Theorem, and distributed systems. OR -Frontend : Demonstrated excellence in building refined, user-focused interfaces with performance and usability in mind. -Solid grasp of product development lifecycles, design thinking, and agile methodologies. -Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Nice to Have : -Hands-on experience with AWS, AWS Lambda, and the Serverless Framework. -Familiarity with high-performance frontend technologies such as WebGL, WebAssembly, and Canvas API. -Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
